Mr. Glover has specialized in the defense of workers' compensation cases in California since 1988. Besides extensive trial experience, he has filed successful Petitions for Reconsideration, and argued successfully before the California Court of Appeals. He has served as Judge Pro Tem at various Boards in Southern California, and successfully advised employers ranging from cities, counties, school districts, major corporations to small employers. Recently Mr. Glover has focused on issues peculiar to CIGA and its statutory defenses, Medical Provider Networks, and Utilization Review.
Mr. Glover spends his recreation time with his four grandchildren, Kaili 7, Landon 4, Nate, 19 months, and Kallen 15 months. Since July 2013 Mr. Glover has been responsible for his brother, Gary, who has Huntingtons. As a hobby, Michael enjoys playing golf, reading and traveling with his family. He is a member of the Dragon Boat Paddling Team from the Newport Aquatic Center.

Mr. Glover received his BA from the University of Kansas in 1970, served as a Chaplain Assistant in the United States Army from 1970 until his Honorable Discharge in 1972. He was elected to the Kansas House of Representatives in 1972 where he served from 1973 to 1980. In 1979 he graduated from Washburn University School of Law, Topeka, Kansas.

Mr. Glover joined PHG Law in January 2014 specializing in the defense of professional athlete cases for California Insurance Guarantee Association. He owned his own firm, Glover & Associates from 2001 to 2010.
