While attending law school, Kate worked at a criminal defense and civil litigation firm. In her third year, she was a Policy Research Fellow at the Panetta Institute for Public Policy in Seaside. Kate graduated magna cum laude from California State University Monterey Bay with a B.A. in Communications, and later graduated from Monterey College of Law.
Since 2014, Kate has represented self-insured employers, insurance companies and governmental entities in all aspects of workers’ compensation law in the Central Coast and San Francisco Bay areas. She also serves as the Education Chairwoman for the South Bay Industrial Claims Association.
During her free time, Kate enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
