After law school, David began his Workers’ Compensation career representing injured workers at a Los Angeles applicant firm. David joined our defense firm in 2008. He is actively involved in the litigation of professional athlete claims, hospitality, food service and municipality claims. In that time, David aggressively pursues the litigation of employer/insurer rights and has successfully exceeded client expectations. David has had great success pursuing complex contribution claims on behalf of firm clients.
David pitched in the Ivy League for Dartmouth's Big Green baseball team. David, his wife Stacy, their son Brandt and their daughter Paige have an English Bulldog named Rennie. They enjoy golfing, snowboarding and Oregon Ducks football.
